Nelson De La Cruz has worked in the IT industry since 2004. Nelson started their career at Church Pension Group as an Account Specialist - Client Relations, where they developed documentation and maintained business process knowledge for Human Resources business applications. Nelson also managed Reporting and Allocation of resources to improve issue intake process, reduced average ticket-open time by 53%, and removed inefficiencies by 43% from the process via tracking and reporting on trends in 2 years.

Nelson De La Cruz completed a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from SUNY Polytechnic Institute between 2002 and 2004. Prior to this, they obtained an Associate degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville between 2000 and 2001.
