Yuhang Deng is a Design Engineer at GE Power Electronics since November 2010, specializing in the design of DC-DC power supplies with wire impedance sensing. Previously, Yuhang served as a Researcher at the Machine Intelligence Lab (MIL) within the ECE Department at Florida State University (FSU), working on regenerative electric power for more electric aircraft, where tasks included modeling and simulating complete aircraft electric power systems in MATLAB/Simulink and developing power management strategies. Additionally, Yuhang has experience as a Teaching Assistant at FSU and as a Researcher at the Center for Advanced Power Systems (CAPS) and the Power Electronics and Electric Drives Center at Harbin Institute of Technology in China, focusing on topics such as bidirectional DC-DC converters and microarc oxidation power supplies. Yuhang holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Florida State University and both an M.S. in Power Electronics and Electric Drives and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Automation from Harbin Institute of Technology.
