Angela Montville

Angela (Angie) Montville is a seasoned senior diversity equity and inclusion professional with over 10 years of leadership experience. Currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Lineage Logistics since March 2021, Angela has demonstrated expertise in diversity management, strategy development, and executive leadership council engagements. Prior to this role, Angela held various positions at NiSource from June 1996 to March 2021, including Sr. Business Partner of Inclusion & Diversity and Vice President of the African American Employee Resource Group. Angela holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Business Psychology from Franklin University and a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling and Rehabilitation from Marshall University.
