Elmar van Loon

Elmar van Loon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager Total Rewards Europe at Lineage since May 2023, Elmar is responsible for overseeing employment conditions and organizational design. Formerly, Elmar held significant roles at CEVA Logistics, including Compensation & Benefits Head Europe and Compensation & Benefits Manager Benelux, where numerous achievements such as labor agreements and performance enhancements were realized. Previous experience also includes roles at Rabobank, Van Lanschot Bankiers, and Towers Perrin, focusing on executive compensation and corporate governance. Alongside a career in HR, Elmar maintains a musical presence as a musician, composer, and educator in various capacities since 2009. Elmar's academic qualifications include a Master of Sciences in International Business from Tilburg University and multiple certifications in HR-related disciplines.
