Patrick O’Connor, SHRM-CP, is a Senior Human Resources Business Partner with extensive experience in growing pharmaceutical manufacturing companies. They have a diversified background that includes roles in human resources, account management, sales, and operations. Previously an Independent Human Resources Consultant from 2018 to 2023, Patrick has also served at Lineage Logistics and Pressed 4 Time, where they were the Owner/President from 2013 to 2021. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Niagara University and are completing their MBA in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on HR, at Syracuse University.
