Richard Couch

Richard Couch is an experienced professional in customer care and business development, currently serving as the Director of Customer Care Project and Director of Business Development at Lineage since November 2018. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Head of Commercial at Yearsley Group from June 2008 to November 2018, leading the Commercial Team in Heywood. Richard's career also includes significant experience as a Business Development Manager at Innovate Logistics from March 1994 to June 2008. Richard is an alumnus of North Axholme Comprehensive.
