James Harrington

James has 25+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, project management, new product introduction from prototype to full-scale production in semiconductors, battery technology, and public safety cameras using complex hardware.

James has deep experience in lean manufacturing and expertise in training and development; coaching and engaging teams for richer performance and inspiring ownership to drive results. He will be supporting all their operations as they scale.

Prior to joining Linear Labs, James was with Samsung Semiconductor, Apple Computers, and Motorola's Video Security & Access Control Group where he led the manufacturing and integration of multiple business units.
