Felipe Avila

Felipe Avila has a diverse work experience in Human Resources. Felipe started their career as a DY Manager at Zara Home Inditex in 2011 and later became the General Manager. In 2015, they joined Inditex as the UK HR Manager for Zara Home. Felipe then took on various roles within Inditex, including being the Human Resources Business Partner and the Head of HR in Ireland & Northern Ireland. In 2022, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Inditex ITX UK before transitioning to their current role as the Human Resources Director for Linedata in the UK & ROI Northern Europe.

Felipe Avila's education history includes completing a Level 5 Human Resources Management qualification at CIPD in 2019-2020. In the same year, they received certification as a Mental Health First Aider from MHFA ENGLAND. In 2018, Felipe obtained a diploma in Mediation from ACAS. Felipe earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business from London Metropolitan University between 2007 and 2010. Felipe is also planning to pursue a Certificate in First Aid from St John Ambulance in 2023.
