Luo Rosa has been working in the Human Resources industry since 2016. luo began their career at Linekong Entertainment Technology as an HR Manager in 2016. In 2017, they moved to a film industry and took on the role of Director HR. Currently, they are a headhunter at ManGO Associates.

Luo Rosa attended Wuhan University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned their Bachelor of Management degree in Human Resource Management.
