Mike Schauls has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Mike started their career at Uarco Inc as a Project Engineer and Cellular Manufacturing Lead from 1994 to 1997. Mike then joined Oshkosh Corporation in 1997 and held various positions such as Test and Development Engineer, Project Engineer, Plant Manager, Director of Quality/Cost Reduction, Director Project Management/Six Sigma, and Director of Advanced Operations. In 2008, they became the Program Director for M-ATV | RFQ Business Development at Oshkosh Corporation - Defense, where they played a key role in capturing and executing a major program for the United States Military. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at Northwire, Inc. as the Vice President of Operations and Engineering, and later as the Vice President of Sales and Enterprise Design. In 2016, they established their own consulting firm called Schauls Consulting. Finally, in 2017, they joined Linetec as the Vice President of Operations. Mike's experience includes operations management, engineering, sales, and business consulting. Mike specializes in developing strategies, turning around companies, and building scalable and customer-focused organizations.

Mike Schauls holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mike also possesses a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications including Certified IPC Specialist from IPC-Association Connecting Electronics Industries, Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) from ASQ, Certified Sales Executive (CSE) from SMEI - Sales & Marketing Executives International, Inc., Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) and Design for Six Sigma from MoreSteam.com LLC, Lean Bronze Certified (LBC) from SME, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
