Suzi Bamford

Suzi Bamford is an experienced educational professional with a strong background in customer success and client relations. As the Head of Customer Success Australia at Qoria since June 2019, Suzi oversees customer satisfaction with Family Zone products in school clients and manages the Empowerment phase following technical deployments. Suzi has held multiple roles at Family Zone Education, including National Education Specialist and Regional Education Manager for VIC/TAS/SA. Prior to joining Qoria, Suzi served as Director of Client Relations in Schools at Kids Unlimited, enhancing lifetime client value in primary school programs. Additionally, Suzi founded and directed PackMedia, specializing in packaged marketing solutions. Early career experiences include teaching positions at Glen Iris Primary School and St Agnes School, complemented by a Bachelor of Education from Deakin University.
