Teodora Pavkovic has a diverse range of work experience starting from 2004. Teodora has worked as a Psychologist and Psychotherapist in various institutions in Serbia, including The Institute of Mental Health and the Orthovision Pte Ltd. In 2015, they joined The School of Positive Psychology as a Trainer, Psychotherapist, and Adjunct Lecturer. In 2018, Teodora started their private practice as a Psychologist, Parenting Coach, and Digital Wellness Consultant, where they worked with families, educators, and mental health professionals on developing mindful technology use habits. Teodora also collaborated with brands and organizations to incorporate emotional and digital intelligence into their products and culture. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an Instructor at NewCampus, and from 2021 onwards, they became the Director of Community Engagement and later the Director of Global Research and Advocacy at Linewize US, focusing on online safety, digital wellness education, and ethics.

Teodora Pavkovic has a diverse education history. In 2000-2003, they obtained their BSc in Psychology with a minor in History from the University of Maryland University College. Following that, they pursued an MSc in Foundations of Clinical Psychology at Bangor University in the UK from 2005-2006. In 2010-2013, they pursued a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapy at The School of Positive Psychology in Singapore. In 2017, they obtained a Coaching Certificate in Strategic Intervention Coaching from the Robbins-Madanes Training Center. Most recently, they completed a Certification in Digital Wellness Education from the Digital Wellness Institute in 2020.
