Priyanka Bajaj

Priyanka Bajaj's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Priyanka currently works at Linga rOS as an Implementation Associate| IT Project Manager since April 2022. Previously, they were employed at ecobee, where they served as a Senior Technical Support Specialist from January 2021 to March 2022 and as a Technical Support Specialist from August 2020 to January 2021. Priyanka offered excellent customer experience and provided specialist support for software and hardware issues. Prior to that, they worked at Concentrix as a Technical Support Advisor at Apple Inc from July 2019 to August 2020, where they played a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing faults for various devices. Priyanka was also awarded Employee of the month multiple times. Prior to their tenure at Concentrix, they served as a Store Manager at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Inc. from July 2017 to July 2019, where they were responsible for maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring high customer service standards. Priyanka also has experience working at Dell Technologies as a Lead Technical Support Engineer from April 2016 to July 2017, where they developed technical designs and provided troubleshooting services. Additionally, they had an internship at Toshiba JSW Power Systems Pvt.Ltd. as a Power Generation Intern from July 2014 to December 2014, where they gained knowledge in power generation processes and developed teamwork abilities.

Priyanka Bajaj completed their education with a PG Diploma in Wireless Networking from Lambton College from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY between 2012 and 2016. Additionally, Priyanka obtained the "Verified International Academic Qualifications" certification from World Education Services in November 2020.
