Magdalena Nawrot

Magdalena Nawrot has a diverse and extensive work experience. Magdalena is currently working as an IT Project Manager Pod Lead at Lingaro since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Transformation Lead at SEB from December 2021 to February 2022. Before SEB, they had multiple roles at NielsenIQ, including Manager from August 2021 to November 2021 and Associate Manager from January 2021 to July 2021.

Magdalena also has a significant tenure at Nielsen, where they held the positions of Associate Manager from February 2019 to January 2021 and Senior Analytics Consultant from June 2017 to January 2019. Magdalena was responsible for leading complex innovation research projects, building client relationships, providing consulting, and managing project delivery. Magdalena received several awards for their outstanding performance, client service, and co-leading the implementation of new tools.

Additionally, Magdalena worked as a Freelance Export Strategy Consultant at PASZPORT DO EKSPORTU Sp. z o.o. from July 2016 to November 2020. Magdalena successfully evaluated Export Strategies and granted financial support for export activities.

Magdalena's earlier experiences include being a PHD Candidate in Economics at Warsaw School of Economics from October 2011 to October 2016. During this time, they conducted economic research, managed projects and conferences, lectured, and volunteered at 3rd Age University. Magdalena also worked as a Lecturer/Teaching Assistant at Uniwersytet Warszawski from October 2015 to March 2016.

Magdalena started their career as an Economic Assistant in the Department of Integration with the Euro Area at the National Bank of Poland from October 2009 to August 2011. Magdalena conducted analysis, evaluated programs and reports, and collaborated with international institutions. Magdalena also co-authored various analytical reports on the macroeconomic situation of Poland and European Union member states.

Magdalena Nawrot completed their education at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Magdalena started with a Bachelor's Degree in International Economics from 2006 to 2009, followed by a Master's degree in International Economics from 2009 to 2011. Magdalena then pursued PhD studies in Economics from 2011 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2022.
