Paweł Górski

Paweł Górski is an experienced professional specializing in data analysis and people development, currently serving as a Team Leader, Data Analyst, and Lead Consultant at Lingaro since December 2020, where responsibilities include leading the development and delivery of People Analytics. Prior to this role, Paweł contributed to the NatWest Group as a Data Analyst from June 2017 to November 2020, focusing on business intelligence and management information projects. At the Royal Bank of Scotland, from February 2016 to May 2017, Paweł managed a Training Team, overseeing the delivery of people development services. Earlier experience includes roles in training coordination and management at PZU and Sygma Bank Polska, with a strong emphasis on organizing training processes. Paweł holds postgraduate degrees in Databases, Applications and Information Systems from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology and HR Business Partner from Uniwersytet Civitas, as well as a Master’s degree in Sociology from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie.
