Jarvis Sulcer, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional in the education technology and STEM fields, currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer at LINGO since 2022, where responsibilities include leading business growth and product development for an ed tech startup. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Education and Outreach at STEMBoard from 2015 to 2022, where Jarvis expanded the Educational Division and consulted educational partners; and as President & Chief Education Officer at SMASH from 2007 to 2015, managing a multimillion-dollar budget and leading fundraising efforts. Additionally, Jarvis held several roles at SMASH focused on higher education programs and curriculum design. Jarvis founded XCEL Educational Services in 2000 and began a career at Agilent Technologies as a Quality and Reliability Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. and an MS in Nuclear Science and Engineering from Cornell University, as well as a BS in Physics with a Mathematics minor from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge.
