Radhika Rao

Radhika Rao has worked in the technology industry since 2007. Radhika began their career as a Technical Associate at Tech Mahindra, before moving to Equiniti Limited as a Software Engineer in 2009. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Parker Hannifin as a Senior IT Developer, Virtusales Publishing Solutions as a Programmer Analyst and VisioLucid TechnoSoft Pvt Ltd as Managing Director. In 2012, they co-founded Visio Ingenii, where they served as Chief Operations Officer, and was responsible for developing strategies and specific plans for IT training and infrastructure management, as well as assessing the performance of employees. Radhika also founded Lucidient Limited in 2012, and served as Chief Executive Officer. In 2015, they became Chief Technology Officer at Lucrypt Limited.

Radhika Rao began their educational journey in 1992, when they attended St Anne's Lions School for their primary education. From 1999 to 2001, they attended Basaveshwar High School for their general education. Radhika then attended Basaveshwar Science College from 2001 to 2003, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science. Finally, from 2003 to 2007, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Computer Science at Basaveshwar Engineering College.
