Lech Guzowski

Lech Guzowski has a diverse work experience spanning many roles and industries. Lech is currently the Owner and Workplace Culture Designer at human culture design, where they troubleshoot team dynamics problems and supports business growth. Lech is also a Host and Producer at "we got this" and a Podcast Host and Producer at Nextep.group, where they focus on remote work and building remote teams.

In the past, Lech worked as a Project Manager at Packt, leading digital infrastructure and software projects. Prior to that, they were the UK Marketing and Events Manager at Guerbet, where they developed and executed strategic B2B projects and generated significant new business. Lech also has experience as a Founder, having launched and managed a bootstrapped e-commerce startup called Goodyfull, and as an Information Assistant at the University of Wolverhampton. Lech started their career as a Marketing Assistant at WMCCE and as a Customer Care Coordinator at i-CD, where they established and maintained client relationships.

Lech Guzowski earned a BA (hons) degree in English Studies from the University of Vocational Training in Elblag (PWSZ) from 2004 to 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they attended the University of Wolverhampton, where they obtained a BA (hons) degree in Event Management. Lastly, in 2012 and 2013, Lech pursued a Professional Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
