Corey Collins has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to 2014. Corey started their career at RadioShack as an Assistant Store Manager, where they were responsible for various tasks such as handling deposits, filing paperwork, and providing customer support. In 2011, Corey joined Staples as an Easy Tech Associate and later became an Inventory Specialist. During their time at Staples, they consistently exceeded sales targets and implemented a training program that increased productivity. In 2014, Corey joined Lingo Communications as a Customer Success Manager Team Lead. Corey successfully developed and managed a team, utilized CRM systems for accurate reporting, and increased upsell revenue through identifying relevant products and services for existing customers.

Corey Collins pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology from Middle Georgia State University, completing the program from 2021 to 2022.
