Yee Ling Ng's work experience starts with their current role as the Regional Compensation & Benefits Lead (Contract) at LingoAce, which they began in July 2021. Before that, they worked as the Head of Total Rewards (APAC) (Contract) at foodpanda from September 2020 to April 2021. Prior to that, Yee Ling Ng was a Total Reward Specialist for Asia Pacific & Middle East at Invensys (acquired by Schneider Electric) from September 2009 to January 2010. Yee Ling also worked as an Assistant Vice President of Compensation & Benefits at Barclays Investment Bank from July 2008 to July 2009.

Yee Ling'searlier work experience includes a role as a Senior Rewards & Remuneration Analyst for Asia Pacific at DHL Express from March 2004 to July 2008.

Yee Ling Ng pursued their education starting in 1990 when they attended Temasek Polytechnic, where they obtained a Diploma in Tourism Management. This educational journey lasted until 1993. Yee Ling later enrolled at the University of Tasmania from 1997 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management. In addition to their formal education, Yee Ling Ng obtained a certification as a Certified Total Rewards Professional from the ASEAN Total Rewards Institute in October 2020.
