Lorena de Castro Dantas

Lorena de Castro Dantas has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Data Analyst at Lingoda GmbH since January 2021. Previously, they worked as a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst at the same company from October 2019 to January 2021, and as a Business Intelligence Analyst Intern from April 2019 to October 2019.

Before joining Lingoda GmbH, Lorena had an internship as a Business Intelligence Intern at Adtalem Educacional do Brasil from March 2018 to December 2018.

During their undergraduate studies, Lorena worked as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Laboratório de Condicionadores de Energia (LCE) from August 2015 to July 2016, and at Laboratório de Energias Alternativas from August 2014 to July 2015.

Lorena also gained experience as a Technical Support Intern at Eletra Energy Solutions from August 2013 to February 2014.

Furthermore, Lorena started their research journey as a High School Student Researcher at Telematics Institute (ITTI) from February 2011 to January 2012.

Lorena de Castro Dantas attended the Federal University of Ceara from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering. During their time at university, Lorena also had the opportunity to study abroad at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences in 2016-2017, where they pursued another Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering. Prior to their university education, from 2008 to 2012, Lorena studied Eletrotécnica at the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Ceará.

In addition to their formal education, Lorena also completed the Bertelsmann Data Science Challenge Scholarship through Udacity in May 2018.
