Supreeth Mahadeva has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Supreeth started their career as a Senior Engineer at Bajaj Auto Ltd, where they focused on improving the quality, cost, and delivery of purchased products. At Robert Bosch Automotive Steering GmbH, they interned as a Customer Performance Analyst, developing tools and standards for the sales team and preparing KPI reports for review meetings.

Later, Supreeth joined Lingoda GmbH as a Marketing Analyst, where they contributed to setting up marketing KPIs and custom attribution modeling. Supreeth then transitioned to the role of Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, working on projects such as setting up product KPIs and analyzing business KPIs. As a Team Lead, Data Analytics, they developed business KPIs, set up the company's first data warehouse, and launched the Data Dojo Academy to promote data-driven decision-making.

After Lingoda, Supreeth joined Klarna as a Senior Analyst. Their responsibilities included developing and defining KPIs, analyzing data anomalies, creating dashboards, and maintaining ETL jobs. Supreeth also contributed to onboarding a junior analyst and served as an instructor for a Klarna-Python course.

Currently, Supreeth is working as a Product Manager at Lingoda GmbH. In this role, they identify the pain points of customers and users, drives idea-generation workshops, evaluates and prioritizes ideas and features.

Throughout their career, Supreeth has demonstrated expertise in data analytics, project management, KPI development, and process improvement.

Supreeth Mahadeva has a Master's in Management degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from ESCP Business School. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering at the National Institute of Technology Karnataka. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained additional certifications in Data Science and Big Data Analytics: Making Data-Driven Decisions from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in November 2019, and Introduction to Data Science in Python from Coursera in September 2018.
