Amy Jo Nelson serves as the Editorial & Content Manager at Lingokids since February 2022, where leadership in editorial direction and creative copywriting has enhanced audience engagement. Previous experience includes roles as an English Second Language Teacher at Blanca de Castilla and CEU San Pablo Sanchinarro, as well as a Teacher and Mentor at Summit Public Schools, where curriculum design and innovative teaching methods were implemented. Experience also encompasses teaching at Analy High School, focusing on English and Yearbook, integrating technology into lessons, and fostering student-directed projects. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Teaching Writing from The Johns Hopkins University and dual degrees from Sonoma State University in English/Language Arts Teacher Education.
