Katarzyna Gibas

Katarzyna (Kasia) Gibas is a skilled legal professional with extensive experience in Intellectual Property law. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Lingokids since September 2021, Katarzyna provides comprehensive legal and strategic guidance to support the company's operations and growth in a dynamic environment. Prior to this role, Katarzyna worked as an Intellectual Property Attorney at Salvador Ferrandis & Partners from December 2010 to September 2021, where responsibilities included legal advice, trademark clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and representation before courts in various IP matters. Earlier experience includes an IP Litigation Intern position at ELZABURU and internships through the European Scholarship Programme at Sánchez-Crespo Abogados y Consultores and the Polish-Spanish Chamber of Commerce. Educational achievements include a Master's in IP Law from Universitat d'Alacant, an M.A. in Law from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, and completion of the EUIPO Trade Mark and Design Education Programme.
