Boris Raskin

Boris Raskin has a wealth of experience in the technology industry. Boris is currently the CTO at Lingopie since April 2020. Prior to this, they worked at vcita from 2015 to 2020, where they held various roles including Principal Engineer/Architect and Team Leader. At vcita, Boris led projects to transform internal services into an external API platform and enabled 3rd party developers to create apps using the platform. Boris also provided architecture guidance, coordinated security audits and reviews, and implemented tests and CI/CD processes. Before vcita, Boris worked as a Senior Web Developer at Fiverr from 2013 to 2015, where they led the technical development of features and designed SOA micro-services. Boris also worked on integrations with 3rd parties and extended the backend code of the web application. Prior to that, Boris was the Technology Cofounder at Playdation from 2010 to 2011. Boris also gained experience at Experian Cheetahmail, where they worked from 2007 to 2010 as the Manager of Systems Engineering and DevOps, leading a development effort and managing software engineers. Boris also worked as a Software Engineer at Cheetahmail from 2005 to 2007 and at Cheetahmail from 2000 to 2002.

Boris Raskin pursued their education in a chronological manner. Boris first attended Rutgers University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science and Economics. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2002 to 2005 to pursue a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Middle Eastern Studies.
