María Luisa Barrera Jurado

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a strong background in nutrition and business management. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Since January 2016, Mariana has also held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V., and previously managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a Nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México.
