The IT and Network Engineering team at Link Africa™ is responsible for the design, deployment, and maintenance of the company’s extensive fibre optic networks, including metropolitan backbone infrastructure, FTTH, and FTTB architectures. They ensure seamless connectivity and high-speed internet service delivery by managing the technical aspects of network operations, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing network performance. Their efforts directly contribute to cost-effective and rapid deployment of telecommunications infrastructure, aligning with the company’s mission to make high-speed internet more accessible across South Africa.
