Randy Shepherd is a Senior Production Specialist at Link Belt Construction Equipment Co. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Automated Manufacturing from ITT Technical Institute-Portland (1991-1992) and an Associate's degree in Electronic Engineering from ITT Technical Institute-Spokane Valley (1989-1991).
