Martin Plom

Martin Plom is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Business Broker at LINK Business Broking since January 2015, Martin specializes in selling businesses valued over $2 million to strategic buyers. Prior to this, Martin owned and operated Elite Kitchens & Cabinets from 2007 to 2014, managing a team of 20 in the design and manufacture of custom kitchens. Martin's earlier experience includes serving as General Manager of Fonterra New Zealand's Ingredients Division, President of Fletcher Forests USA, and Financial Controller at Telecom New Zealand, alongside starting a career as a Management Cadet at Fletcher Steel. Academically, Martin holds a Bachelor's in Business Studies with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Massey University and is a Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
