Rajalakshmi Ranganathan

Rajalakshmi Ranganathan began their work experience as a Customer Service Representative at Spanco in 2005. Rajalakshmi then moved on to work as a Hospitality Executive at Reliance Communications from 2005 to 2008. After that, they joined Bennett&coleman coltd as an Admin Executive from 2008 to 2012. In 2013, Rajalakshmi became the Manager of HR & Administration at KGR Enterprises Pvt Ltd, a position they held until 2015. Currently, they are working as an Associate Vice President at Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd. since June 2015.

Rajalakshmi Ranganathan obtained a Masters of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai between 2005 and 2007. Rajalakshmi further pursued their education by enrolling in the K J Somaiya Institute of Management from 2008 to 2011, where they completed a Master's in Human Resource Development and Management.
