Sean Rayani

Sean Rayani currently serves as the Director of Legal Strategy & Operations at Twilio, a position held since March 2016, overseeing commercial, product, and telecom regulatory compliance functions and managing a team dedicated to supporting significant revenue and a large sales force. Previous roles at Twilio include Senior Manager of GTM Commercial Legal Strategy & Operations and various positions in commercial contracts. Sean has also engaged with professional communities such as the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC) and the Legal Innovators Network (LINK). Prior experience includes contract administration at OpenTable and a legal internship at the Sonoma County District Attorney's Office. Sean holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley.
