Ashley Patel

Ashley Patel, CMCP, currently serves as Operations Manager for Property Platform Services at Link Logistics, having progressed through various roles including Regional Property Services Manager and Property Manager since joining in March 2021. Previously, at Cushman & Wakefield from September 2019 to March 2021, Ashley contributed to managing 61 industrial buildings for a large client and facilitated the acquisition transition of 41 buildings. At CBRE, from March 2018 to September 2019, strong support was provided to management across multiple portfolios, while earlier experience at HD Supply involved assisting the corporate accounting team with rebate agreements. Ashley began a career in a medical setting with Florida Hospital Medical Group as a Medical Receptionist, supporting patient care and appointment scheduling. A Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Integrated Business was earned from the University of Central Florida in December 2018.
