Denise Farrell

Denise Farrell, CPA has a diverse work experience in the field of finance and accounting. Denise began their career at Rainer & Company, where they served as a Manager from 2003 to 2007. Denise then joined Brinker Simpson & Company, LLC as a Manager in November 2010 and worked there until October 2014.

In 2014, Denise joined Roch Capital Inc. where they held multiple roles. Denise served as Vice President - Audit Manager from October 2014 to June 2020 and later transitioned to the role of Vice President - Real Estate Asset Manager from October 2016 to June 2020.

Currently, Denise is working at Link Industrial Properties as a Regional Assistant Controller, a role they took on in June 2020.

Denise Farrell, CPA completed their Bachelors degree in Accountancy from Villanova University. Denise attended Villanova University from 1989 to 1997. In addition to their degree, Denise has obtained certifications in Hotel Investment & Asset Management from Cornell University in July 2016. Denise is also a Certified Public Accountant.
