Chad Higley

Chad Higley started their work experience in 2009 as an Enlisted personnel in the U.S. Coast Guard. After completing their service in 2013, they became a Licensed Real Estate Agent at NetWorth Realty for a year. From 2014 to 2015, Chad worked as a Logistic Account Executive at Total Quality Logistics. In 2015, they transitioned to The Austin Home Inspector as a Professional Home Inspector until 2018. Afterwards, they joined Inspect All LLC as a Lead Inspector and worked there until 2022. Currently, Chad is a Construction Project Manager at Quinn Residences.

Chad Higley attended Champions School of Real Estate from 2015 to 2016, where they studied Building/Home/Construction Inspection/Inspector. During their educational journey, Chad also obtained several additional certifications. In June 2021, they received a certification in SEO for Social Media from LinkedIn. In May 2022, they completed a course in Construction Management Foundations, also from LinkedIn. Additionally, in March 2023, Chad acquired a certification in Construction Management: Reading Civil Construction Drawings, again from LinkedIn.
