Vice President, Development at Link Logistics

Liz Gabor has a diverse work experience in various roles within the real estate industry. Liz is currently working at Link Logistics Real Estate as a Vice President of Development since June 2021. Prior to that, they were the President of GAIA REAL ESTATE starting from August 2014. From June 2019 to June 2021, they served as the Vice President of Development at The Goldenberg Group, where they managed the acquisition, approvals, incentives, budget, and overall development planning for urban brownfield sites.

Before joining The Goldenberg Group, Liz worked as a Real Estate Manager at IKEA Property, Inc. from March 2015 to June 2019. Their responsibilities included site selection, due diligence, acquisition, entitlements, and negotiating incentives for retail and distribution expansion in the United States. Liz also managed a 5 million square foot portfolio of industrial space.

Prior to IKEA, Liz held the position of Director of Government Relations and Senior Real Estate Manager at O'Neill Properties Group, LP from August 2013 to March 2015. Liz managed pre-development efforts for various large-scale master-planned redevelopment projects, including acquiring approvals, permit approvals, and fundraising.

Earlier in their career, Liz worked as a Real Estate Manager at Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation from August 2007 to August 2013. Liz managed all aspects of real estate services for different programs, including due diligence, acquisitions, marketing, property management, pre-development activities, zoning, and conveyance.

Liz also has experience working for the Department of Defense, Office of Economic Adjustment as a Business and Industry Specialist from June 2004 to August 2007. Liz facilitated property disposal and provided technical assistance to communities during the base realignment and closure (BRAC) program.

Additionally, Liz has served as a Board Member at Franklin's Paine Skatepark Fund from 2008 to 2017 and was a part of the DEI Committee at Link Logistics Real Estate.

Overall, Liz Gabor has extensive experience in real estate development, government relations, property management, and community engagement.

Liz Gabor obtained a B.A in International Political Economy from Fordham University, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. Later, they pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Economic Development at the University of Pennsylvania, from 2002 to 2004.
