Traci-Ann Delisser

Traci-Ann Delisser is an experienced professional in the real estate and finance sectors, currently serving as Director of Transaction Management at Link Logistics since February 2024. Previously, Traci-Ann held roles as Acquisitions Transactions Manager and Director of Loan and Lease Administration at First National Realty Partners from May 2020 to February 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the timely closing of acquisitions and managing loan compliance. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Finance at Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust, focusing on corporate and real estate financings and ongoing loan compliance, as well as a Finance Associate role responsible for managing debt compliance. Traci-Ann began professional career as an Associate at Myers, Fletcher & Gordon, where representation included developers and financial institutions. Traci-Ann holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, and Investment from New York University, a Certificate in Law from Norman Manley Law School, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of West Indies.
