Sharon Sitzer has an extensive background in customer service and administrative support, currently serving as the Responsible of the Customer Service Department at LINK Mobility since May 2019. In this role, Sharon manages the Customer Care team and reports departmental actions to the Operation Head, while also preparing and scheduling customer campaigns. Previous experience includes positions at INCWELL.EU as an Associate and at Alantra as an Executive Assistant. Earlier roles include student assistance at Bureau Veritas Business School and internships at EF Education First and The Jewish Museum. Sharon holds a Licentiate degree in Spanish Language and Literature from UCAB, a Master's degree in Business Management from EUDE Business School, and a specialization in HR.
