Spooky Lestrange

Spooky LeStrange is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience as a line cook at prominent establishments such as Costera NOLA, Link Restaurant Group, and Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group since 2017. In addition to culinary pursuits, Spooky LeStrange is a talented singer and songwriter, leading an all-girl country band called The Buckle Bunnies. As a producer and director for Reverend Spooky LeStrange & Their Billion Dollar Baby Dolls, involvement in the arts further includes participation as the only female singer in the Valparaiso Men's Chorus. Spooky LeStrange also serves as Reverend Mother at The Church of Burlesque and has cultivated sewing skills from an early age through patchwork quilting. Previous culinary roles include sous chef at Surrey’s Cafe and chef garde manger at Meauxbar Bistro. Educational background includes attendance at several schools culminating at the University of New Orleans.
