Diane Williams has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Diane began their career at Argyle Solutions as the Manager of Client Relations, where they played a key role in the merger with RevCare, Inc. In 2009, they joined Healthcare Financial Services as an Independent Consultant, specializing in healthcare portfolio acquisitions and providing excellent customer service to clients and patients. Diane then went on to join Link Revenue Resources, LLC in 2010, where they held two roles. Firstly, they served as the Director of Patient Financial Services & Client Relations, overseeing the end-to-end service and delivery of satisfaction to patients and managing payment processing. Later, they transitioned to the position of Director of Compliance, focusing on ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards. Diane's work experience demonstrates their expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management, client relations, and compliance.

Diane Williams holds an associate's degree in Law from Pensacola Junior College. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In 2014, they completed the Medical Occupations Medical Administrative program at VAS-ROP/CTE. In the same year, they also took courses in Introduction to Paperless Medical Records and Medical Front Office (Patient Service Rep). In 2013, Diane completed the Health Careers/Healthcare Essentials program and gained certification in Medical Terminology. In 2010, they obtained a certification in Medical Keyboarding.
