Scott Weber is a seasoned professional in consumer and shopper insights with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Business and Shopper Insights at Jack Link's Protein Snacks since March 2021, Scott previously held the role of Consultant for Consumer and Shopper Marketing at IRI from April 2014 to March 2021, where responsibilities included managing Household Panel solutions and supporting strategic planning for Land O'Lakes. From March 2000 to March 2014, Scott worked at General Mills as a Consumer Insights Senior Associate/Manager, executing various phases of consumer research across multiple brands, including Green Giant and Betty Crocker. Scott holds a BA in Advertising/Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Bootcamp Certificate in Data Analytics and Visualization from the University of Minnesota, and an MBA from Olivet Nazarene University.
