Marie Cravey

Marie Cravey has over two decades of experience in the recruitment industry. Marie started their career in 1995 at Culver, where they excelled as a recruiter, receiving multiple awards and recognition for their performance. Marie then joined The Ankenbrandt Group in 1998 as a recruiter, specializing in accounting and technical sales and marketing, and developed a strong client base. In 2001, they joined The Garret Group as an executive recruiter, focusing on technology, manufacturing, operations, sales, marketing, and insurance placements. Their responsibilities included conducting retained and contingency searches, managing the entire recruitment process, and negotiating offers. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at Cybercoders as an executive recruiter. Following that, they joined Advantage Sales & Marketing as a recruiting supervisor in 2014 and RecruitLoop as an executive recruiter in 2015.
