Richard Meade has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Richard began their career in the United States Army Reserve, where they served as a Locomotive Operator from 1993 to 1995. Later, they joined the US Army as a Power Generation Equipment Repairer from 1995 to 1998. In 2000, they worked as a Veterans Service Representative for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs until 2002.

Meade then transitioned to the private sector and worked as an Implementation Specialist for MICROS Systems Inc. Richard programmed and installed the Micros 3700 Point of Sale (POS) system and provided database and report packages guidance to improve business success.

In 2005, Meade joined Link-Systems International, Inc. as a Marketing Director. Richard held this position until 2013 when they were promoted to General Manager of the NetTutor team. In this role, Meade provided leadership and vision, ensured business objectives were met, and strategically positioned the online tutoring organization to excel in the dynamic education environment.

Meade continued their growth within Link-Systems International, Inc. and served as Vice President from 2019 to 2020. In this role, they contributed to the company's overall strategic planning and direction. From 2020 to 2022, they took on the role of Vice President of Product Development, and most recently, they assumed the position of Vice President of Sales, where they help educators find solutions to challenging issues and manages the higher education sales team to exceed sales goals.

Richard Meade attended the University of Connecticut School of Business from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Saint Leo University. The field of study for their MBA is not specified.
