Emmanuel W. is a Private Equity Analyst at Mesirow since June 2021, previously serving as an Investment Banking Analyst during a summer internship at Mesirow Financial. In addition to finance, Emmanuel W. is actively involved in community service; serving as an ALA Board Member and Mentor at Chicago Scholars since 2015, helping academically ambitious students from under-resourced communities succeed in college. Emmanuel W. also holds a Board Member position with Genesys Works Chicago, supporting high school students in underserved communities, and serves as a Board Member for the Destiny Project at Rapunzl, a platform focused on financial markets. A graduate of Connecticut College with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a minor in Africana Studies, as well as attending Ashesi University for Business Administration, Emmanuel W. brings a blend of academic excellence and social impact to the professional landscape.
