José Pedro Pereira

José Pedro Pereira began their work experience in 1998 as a Salesman for Physics Products at SITAF S.A. José Pedro then became a SysAdmin at the same company, where they managed heterogeneous networks and integrated Samba. José Pedro worked there until April 2001. In 2002, they worked as a Consultant at Time To Do - SLN, and in 2004, they became a Formador at Vantagem +, where they administered mixed Windows and Linux networks and fax and voice solutions. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Consultant at ISCTE-IUL. In 2005, they became the CTO at Linkare TI. In 2007, they became a Member of PTJUG and worked there until 2009. From 2008, they worked as a Consultant at II, Instituto de Informática MTSS, where they set up a Continuous Integration System and mentored others. José Pedro also worked on the architecture of JEE applications and a parallel batch processing framework. In 2012, they briefly worked in Collaboration at Advantis. In 2015, they worked as a Senior Developer at Ricston Ltd, Linkare.

José Pedro Pereira completed their education with a degree in Física from Instituto Superior Técnico, where they studied from 1995 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Escola Salesiana do Estoril, where they completed their 12th grade education from 1983 to 1995. Apart from their formal education, José Pedro Pereira has obtained a certification as a Java Certified Professional from Sun Microsystems.
