Aaron Maxwell is a seasoned HR technology leader with extensive experience in driving digital HR strategies and managing HR technology portfolios. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Digital HR Strategy at LinkedIn, Maxwell provides strategic guidance on cross-functional initiatives, focusing on scalable tech solutions for HR operations and talent initiatives. Previous roles include HR Technology Manager at Red Lobster, where Maxwell oversaw the HR tech stack for 60,000 team members and led initiatives to enhance user experience and technology adoption.
