They have held significant roles at companies such as Under Armour, where they served as Head of Global Payroll & GPO, and LinkedIn, where they are currently the Director of Global Payroll and Employment Tax Process Owner. Additionally, Ashley has served in various payroll management positions at CGI Federal, Cognosante, and Vencore Inc., showcasing their adeptness in payroll operations and transformation. They are also involved in co-leading the Controllership Learning Community to promote development within the team.
