Christy McNabb Dunlap

Christy McNabb Dunlap currently serves as the Co-Lead for the LinkedIn Women in Technology, Productivity Engineering Branch, and leads Go To Market Technical Program Delivery and Financial Business Applications at LinkedIn since September 2021. Previously, Christy was an Advisory Board Member at WBW | Women Back to Work from May 2020 to March 2024, advocating for women returning to the workforce with technical and leadership backgrounds. Christy held senior leadership roles at Workday as Sr Director of Business Technology, Kaiser Permanente as Sr Director of IT Service Portfolio Management and Business Engagement, and Robert Half in various capacities including Vice President of IT Business Technology. An alumnus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Christy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Exercise & Sport Science.
