Jie (Jay) Xiao is a software engineer and senior engineering manager with over ten years of experience in both public companies and high-growth startups. They played a key role in the success of Rocket Fuel Inc.’s ad-tech IPO before taking on a leadership position at LinkedIn, where Jie currently oversees multiple teams and has significantly contributed to the company’s advertising revenue. Jie has also served as a research fellow at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is pursuing a Ph.D. at The University of Texas at San Antonio while completing a B.E. at Beijing University of Technology. As a lifetime learner and builder, Jie is also involved in angel investing.
