Kara Folas

Kara Folas is a Senior Account Executive at LinkedIn, where they build marketing strategies to help startups scale their growth. They are a founding member of the Detroit office and lead various initiatives, including the Women at LinkedIn Employee Resource Group. Previously, Kara spent five years in the staffing industry, primarily focusing on IT recruitment and account management. They have held roles at organizations including Brooksource and Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, where they developed skills in business development, sales, and leadership. Currently, Kara is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication at Michigan State University.
