Kim McGlinn

Kim McGlinn serves as the Sr. Director and Head of Strategic Sourcing at LinkedIn since November 2022. Previously, Kim held the position of Sr. Director, Head of Global Engagement Services, Procurement at Workday, where a new Engagement Services Procurement organization was developed and led. Prior to Workday, Kim was the Sr. Director, Head of Global Services Sourcing & Travel at Goldman Sachs and served as Vice President overseeing Travel for the Americas. Earlier professional experience includes consulting at KPMC Consulting and multiple leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers in US Travel operations and strategy. Kim's career began in sales and marketing at Worldspan. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of South Florida and a Certified Corporate Travel Executive credential from the University of Houston.
